Orders placed by 2 pm ET Monday to Friday will arrive the next business day (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after 2 pm ET on Thursday will be delivered on Monday. Orders placed after 2 pm ET on Friday or anytime on Saturday and Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday at the latest.

At checkout, select “UPS Access Point” as your shipping method and enter your ZIP code. A list of your nearest participating locations will appear in a drop-down menu. Choose one and complete your purchase as usual.When your package is delivered, UPS will notify you via email that it's ready for pick-up. A valid photo ID is required, refer to email for full identification requirements.
You'll have 7 calendar days to retrieve your package. After 7 days, the package will be sent back to H&M's warehouse and a refund will be issued.
Are there size limitations?
Packages can be no larger than 44 lbs. and a maximum size of 130 inches combined length and girth or 38 inches on the longest side.For self-service lockers, packages can be no larger than 44 lbs. and a maximum size of 22 inches x 21 inches x 16 inches. If a package is too large for the locker, UPS will notify you via the phone number on the label to arrange an alternative delivery point. If you cannot be reached, the package will be returned to H&M's warehouse and a refund will be issued.

Once your order is confirmed, we are unable to make any changes, including the delivery address and the delivery option.
However, you may be able to cancel your order and place a new one as we have a short grace period.
